SALON POLICIES

GUEST/CHILDREN POLICY

We love our guests and your minis, however we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment for their safety and crowding purposes. If childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please advise us via text or phone call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If in the case that you are unhappy with your service, please notify ONE HUNDRED HAIR STUDIO within one week of your appointment to make any necessary adjustments.

PRICING

Pricing does vary depending on the time required, products used, and your chosen stylist’s demand. Feel free to ask your stylist if you are unsure how our pricing structure works or schedule a consultation and we will assess your needs based on what best suits you.

CARD ON FILE

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule any appointment. We require atleast 48 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is our policy that you leave a credit card on file to hold your appointment, as we are reserving the allotted time for you with one of our professionals.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is considered a no-show. In the event that you have to cancel, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice. A same day/cancellation made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in 50% service charge fee.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

If you do not call or text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) originally scheduled. In the event that a no show/no call occurs, a deposit will be required in order to schedule a future appointment.
